Students are chosen and placed by audition for all ensembles. 

 

NYSO also accepts students of college age for the advanced ensembles.

Symphony Orchestra

Wind Ensemble

Advanced wind, brass and percussion players

Rehearses on Monday afternoons,
Masconomet High School in Topsfield 6:00 – 8:00. p.m.

After auditions, the highest seated winds and brass participate in Symphony Orchestra from 6:00 - 7:00 and Wind Ensemble from 7:00 - 8:00.
